Friends are the flowers

In the garden of your life

They have wonderful powers

To help your life bloom rife

They help you through times of struggle and strife

True friends make your heart sing

And your soul swim

Each in their own way, unique

Building a beautiful boutique

Real friends will give and allow you to take

There is no time in being fake

For God’s sake

The delicate balance of giving and taking

Energy exchanges

Born out of trust and love

You are deep and precious, heaven sent from above

They will not abandon you in times of need

They are not overcome with envy or greed

They are the seed

Watered with love and honesty

To make you laugh until your pants are peed

No matter if you are from the other side of the world

Our souls are entwined in this dreamworld

Meeting in times of synchronicity

Souls brought together, natural simplicity

Laugher, trust, compassion and love are the medicine

And glue that holds friends together

Friends can give you the insight

To allow you to take flight

And fight

I don’t know what I’d do

Shamanism #5: The Five Elements

“In nearly every indigenous culture on Earth, all of life is thought to be made up of a handful of elements. Depending on where you get your information, there are either four or five of these sacred building blocks of creation, each carrying their own innate wisdom. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the elements are wood, fire, metal, earth, and water. In medieval alchemy, it was thought that four elements- earth, water, air, and fire, were the main players in every process on the planet. Many shamanic traditions, including modern New Age philosophy, have added a fifth element, Spirit (also called ether), to the alchemical collection, and we will explore these components here.

Our ancestors tapped into these elements for everything in life- nourishment, inspiration, knowledge, surrender, and empowerment. These five energies were essential to living in harmony and balance with all that is, and were considered the main “food groups” of daily existence. Our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies are constantly being fed and supported by these elements, whether we are aware of them or not. Over the centuries, we have lost touch with the delicate frequencies of the five elements, and our relationship to them. Each one brings its own wisdom and intuition.

A quick note: this is the Western 5-element theory, which isn’t to be confused with the Eastern or TCM 5-element theory.

1. WATER
The fluid movements of water invite us into a place of creativity and surrender. Water does not get stuck on problems, but simply flows around them, finding a new path. This element works with our bodies to provide hydration, nourishment, and lubrication, and aids in physical movement, alertness, digestion, and detoxification. Water washes away what is no longer needed in the moment, and does not stop to second-guess its own power. In ceremony, water is used to bless, purify, and cleanse.

2. AIR
The air element is ripe with inspiration (a word that shares an origin with “to breathe”) and life force energy. Air moves in to blow away the dust, create change, and ignite our intellect. We can work with the air element with our own breath, inviting fresh, cleansing air to infuse our cells, awaken our minds, and move oxygen into our blood. Air is invigorating and clarifying, and provides the buoyancy for birds and other spirit messengers to travel and deliver their wisdom.

3. FIRE
Hot and bright, the fire element is all about bringing the light where there is none. Fire burns with intense energy, warming our hearts and souls, in a flame of hope and action. The sun is a classic example of fire energy, rising and setting each day in a sacred cycle that reminds us of optimism and new beginnings. Fire is powerfully transformative- burning away the old to create space for the new, and calls us to keep our inner purpose burning bright. In ritual, fire is thought to cleanse the soul, as well as deliver prayers to the Heavens.

4. EARTH
The grounded and stable earth element is the embodiment of our Pacha Mama’s (Earth Mother) wisdom. The earth provides nourishment, safety, security, and a place in which to sow our seeds of manifestation. We experience this element in the bounty of fruit, flowers, herbs, roots, and vegetables, as well as through the vibrations of crystals, minerals, and stones. The element of earth is protective and empowering, and is important for our survival.

5. SPIRIT
The most ethereal of elements, pure Spirit is what gives the life force energy to all that we experience. This element weaves through every fiber of the natural world, infusing everything with a living vibration, an active aspect of the Divine. Pure Spirit is what animates the other elements, and forms our connection to the Universe. It is representative of the invisible thread that holds our existence together.

There are a lot of ways that you can work with the wisdom of the five elements.”

“Paganism describes a group of contemporary religions based on a reverence for nature. These faiths draw on the traditional religions of indigenous peoples throughout the world.

Paganism encompasses a diverse community.

Wiccans, Druids, Shamans, Sacred Ecologists, Odinists and Heathens all make up parts of the Pagan community.

Some groups concentrate on specific traditions or practices such as ecology, witchcraft, Celtic traditions or certain gods.

Most Pagans share an ecological vision that comes from the Pagan belief in the organic vitality and spirituality of the natural world.

Due to persecution and misrepresentation it is necessary to define what Pagans are not as well as what they are. Pagans are not sexual deviants, do not worship the devil, are not evil, do not practice ‘black magic’ and their practices do not involve harming people or animals.

The Pagan Federation of Great Britain have no precise figures but estimate that the number of Pagans in the British Isles is between 50,000 and 200,000 (2002).”

Doctor Demolishes Gates Covid Vaccine In Devastating Analysis

“Dear Patients and Friends,

Last week I must have been asked 20 times about the new COVID vaccines. Here are my thoughts. Please pass this information onto many as you can. People need to have fully informed consent when it comes to injecting foreign genetic material into their bodies.

1. The COVID vaccines are mRNA vaccines. mRNA vaccines are a completely new type of vaccine. No mRNA vaccine has ever been licensed for human use before. In essence, we have absolutely no idea what to expect from this vaccine. We have no idea if it will be effective or safe.

2. Traditional vaccine simply introduce pieces of a virus to stimulate an immune reaction. The new mRNA vaccine is completely different. It actually injects (transfects) molecules of synthetic genetic material from non-humans sources into our cells. Once in the cells, the genetic material interacts with our transfer RNA (tRNA) to make a foreign protein that supposedly teaches the body to destroy the virus being coded for. Note that these newly created proteins are not regulated by our own DNA, and are thus completely foreign to our cells. What they are fully capable of doing is unknown.

3. The mRNA molecule is vulnerable to destruction. So, in order to protect the fragile mRNA strands while they are being inserted into our DNA they are coated with PEGylated lipid nanoparticles. This coating hides the mRNA from our immune system which ordinarily would kill any foreign material injected into the body. PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been used in several different drugs for years. Because of their effect on immune system balance, several studies have shown them to induce allergies and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been shown to trigger their own immune reactions, and to cause damage to the liver.

4. These new vaccines are additionally contaminated with aluminum, mercury, and possibly formaldehyde. The manufacturers have not yet disclosed what other toxins they contain.

5. Since viruses mutate frequently, the chance of any vaccine working for more than a year is unlikely. That is why the flu vaccine changes every year. Last year’s vaccine is no more valuable than last year’s newspaper.

6. Absolutely no long term safety studies will have been done to ensure that any of these vaccines don’t cause the cancer, seizures, heart disease, allergies, and autoimmune diseases seen with other vaccines. If you ever wanted to be guinea pig for Big Pharma, now is your golden opportunity.

7. Many experts question whether the mRNA technology is ready for prime time. In November 2020, Dr. Peter Jay Hotez said of the new mRNA vaccines, “I worry about innovation at the expense of practicality because they [the mRNA vaccines] are weighted toward technology platforms that have never made it to licensure before.” Dr. Hotez is Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Virology & Microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is also Director of the Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development.

8. Michal Linial, PhD is a Professor of Biochemistry. Because of her research and forecasts on COVID-19, Dr. Linial has been widely quoted in the media. She recently stated, “I won’t be taking it [the mRNA vaccine] immediately – probably not for at least the coming year. We have to wait and see whether it really works. We will have a safety profile for only a certain number of months, so if there is a long-term effect after two years, we cannot know.”

9. In November 2020, The Washington Post reported on hesitancy among healthcare professionals in the United States to the mRNA vaccines, citing surveys which reported that: “some did not want to be in the first round, so they could wait and see if there are potential side effects”, and that “doctors and nurses want more data before championing vaccines to end the pandemic”.

10. Since the death rate from COVID resumed to the normal flu death rate way back in early September, the pandemic has been over since then. Therefore, at this point in time no vaccine is needed. The current scare tactics regarding “escalating cases” is based on a PCR test that because it exceeds 34 amplifications has a 100% false positive rate unless it is performed between the 3rd and 5th day after the first day of symptoms. It is therefore 100% inaccurate in people with no symptoms. This is well established in the scientific literature.

If you go to the CDC site, you can see that the weekly death rates in the US are now lower than they normally are during an average flu season.

11. The other reason you don’t need a vaccine for COVID-19 is that substantial herd immunity has already taken place in the United States. This is the primary reason for the end of the pandemic.

12. Unfortunately, you cannot completely trust what you hear from the media. They have consistently got it wrong for the past year. Since they are all supported by Big Pharma and the other entities selling the COVID vaccines, they are not going to be fully forthcoming when it comes to mRNA vaccines. Every statement I have made here is fully backed by published scientific references.

13. I would be very interested to see verification that Bill and Melinda Gates with their entire family including grandchildren, Joe Biden and President Trump and their entire families, and Anthony Fauci and his entire family all get the vaccine.

14. Anyone who after reading all this still wants to get injected with the mRNA vaccine, should at the very least have their blood checked for COVID-19 antibodies. There is no need for a vaccine in persons already naturally immunized.

Here’s my bottom line: I would much rather get a COVID infection than get a COVID vaccine. That would be safer and more effective. I have had a number of COVID positive flu cases this year. Some were old and had health concerns. Every single one has done really well with natural therapies including ozone therapy and IV vitamin C. Just because modern medicine has no effective treatment for viral infections, doesn’t mean that there isn’t one.

The life of Fibonacci
Leonardo Pisano, called Fibonacci (Fibonacci stands for filius Bonacii) was born in Pisa around 1170. His father, Guglielmo dei Bonacci, a wealthy Pisan merchant and representative of the merchants of the Republic of Pisa in the area of Bugia in Cabilia (in modern north-eastern Algeria), after 1192 took his son with him, because he wanted Leonardo to become a merchant.

He thus got Leonardo to study, under the guidance of a Muslim teacher, who guided him in learning calculation techniques, especially those concerning Indo-Arabic numbers, which had not yet been introduced in Europe. Fibonacci’s eduction started in Bejaia and continued also in Egypt, Syria and Greece, places he visited with his father along the trade routes, before returning permanently to Pisa starting from around 1200. For the next 25 years, Fibonacci dedicated himself to writing mathematical manuscripts: of these, Liber Abaci (1202), thanks to which Europe became aware of Indo-Arabic numbers, Practica Geometriae (1220), Flos (1225) and Liber Quadratorum (1225) are today known to us.
Leonardo’s reputation as a mathematician became so great that Emperor Federico II asked an audience while in Pisa in 1225. After 1228, not much is known of Leonardo’s life, except that he was awarded the title of”Discretus et sapiens magister Leonardo Bigollo” in recognition of the great progress he made to mathematics. Fibonacci died sometime after 1240, presumably in Pisa.

Liber Abaci, in addition to referring to Indo-Arabic numbers, which subsequently took the place Roman numerals, also included a large collection of problems addressed to merchants, concerning product prices, calculation of business profit, currency conversion into the various coins in use in the Mediterranean states, as well as other problems of Chinese origin. Alongside these commercial problems were others, much more famous, which also had a great influence on later authors. Among them, the most famous, source of inspiration for many mathematicians of later centuries, is the following: “How many pairs of rabbits will be born in a year, starting from a single pair, if each month each pair gives birth to a new pair which becomes reproductive from the second month?”. The solution to this problem is the famous “Fibonacci sequence”: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21,34,55,89… a sequence of numbers in which each member is the sum of the previous two.

An important characteristic of the sequence is the fact that the ratio between any number and the previous one in the series tends towards a well-defined value: 1.618… This is the golden ratio or golden section, φ (Phi), that frequently occurs in nature (to know more about: The perfection of the snail).

When Fibonacci illustrated this sequence, as a solution to a “recreational mathematics” problem, he did not give it particular importance. Only in 1877 the mathematician Édouard Lucas published a number of important studies on this sequence, which he claimed to have found in Liber Abaci and which, in the honour of the author, he called “Fibonacci sequence”. Studies subsequently multiplied, and numerous and unexpected properties of this sequence were discovered, so much so that since 1963, a journal exclusively dedicated to it, “The Fibonacci quarterly”, has been published.

Observing the geometry of plants, flowers or fruit, it is easy to recognize the presence of recurrent structures and forms. The Fibonacci sequence, for example, plays a vital role in phyllotaxis, which studies the arrangement of leaves, branches, flowers or seeds in plants, with the main aim of highlighting the existence of regular patterns. The various arrangements of natural elements follow surprising mathematical regularities: D’arcy Thompson observed that the plant kingdom has a curious preference for particular numbers and for certain spiral geometries, and that these numbers and geometries are closely related.

It was Kepler who noted that on many types of trees the leaves are aligned in a pattern that includes two Fibonacci numbers. Starting from any leaf, after one, two, three or five turns of the spiral there is always a leaf aligned with the first and, depending on the species, this will be the second, the third, the fifth, the eighth or the thirteenth leaf.

Another simple example in which it is possible to find the Fibonacci sequence in nature is given by the number of petals of flowers. Most have three (like lilies and irises), five (parnassia, rose hips) or eight (cosmea), 13 (some daisies), 21 (chicory), 34, 55 or 89 (asteraceae). These numbers are part of the famous Fibonacci sequence described in the previous paragraph.”
