Poetry By Ace & Amber #7: Dancing In The Trance
I am a tree, alive and free
And now with this warm touch
Human auric fields blending, I aid them as a crutch
Embracing arms around my trunk in times so clutch
Grounding and spreading my underground network
Expanding my leaves even through the murk
Each one of us has our own beautiful quirk
No matter what creatures lurk
Painting the scenery with my artwork
The wind makes me shiver
My branches shake and quiver
Then hits the sun as the ultimate giver
The night pours over but the star’s light leaves a sliver
Shedding what needs to go, as it flows away into this endless river
Sucking up nutrients as they deliver
No concept of appearance or time
Hearing the nature spirits’ chime
There is no prime
For life’s journey is the eternal climb
Energies latch on and if ever there’s slime
Clearing through cells and enzymes
Holding gracefully this wisdom
Beyond the veil, there’s a geometrical prism
Protecting me from society’s system
I lean into my vibrations rhythm
Swaying in this mystical and magical dance
My name is truth and I’m a tree in a trance

Poetry #110: A Garden Of Heart
Our hearts are chambers
Some say, the seat of the soul
Where our love congulates
And envigorates our bodies with red iron rich blood
Flooding our god given flesh suit
This heart has carried much
Turning black, numb and dead
And fed many who were hungry for love instead
Beating around 104,000 times in a day
Each heart beat not needing to be wasted on ruminations
Dancing to it’s very own beat
This vessel has expanded and contracted in the face of loss
Broken open, a green chakra, coloured as moss
Expanding electro magnetic fields intersecting and blending across this city street
Souls some will never meet
Search for healing words and plant them into your wounds
Someday you will have a garden of love
Cheers to creating poetry to clean the dark walls of my heart
I hold you tight sweetheart.

Quotes #135: Love Them With All Your Heart
“When they attack you and you notice that you love them with all your heart, your Work is done.” ~ Byron Katie
Woodsy & Amber Poetry #6: The Sting Of Soft Things Duet
If I could lift your fingers,
show you the ice where my page froze
and swing a little pirouette,
catch you falling
through the sting of soft things…
paradoxes catch the fall in their duality
the funny thing about the heart is, may it be so that a soft heart is a strong hard?
yet a hard heart may be a weak one?
this beaming life vessel feels sunken in from all the winds of life’s endurances
blankly staring at my page
I can only speak for my own scars,
forged in an anger that screams into words
and glowers over silence.
I can only speak for the rawness that will not let go –
the courage of the vulnerable, hunting for worthy words
misty eyes scrambling to see through the fog –
how can I know what you feel when all I have is my experience to relate
most go through life judging their fellow human family through tunnel vision
concotions of confusion with muffled voices
So tired of what is written,
I find myself diving between,
sailing the spaces, the pauses –
safecracking the combinations between chapters
and running away with a small piece of unwritten soul
this fragment of soul stills the perpetual cycling of the mind’s cogs and finds that treasure warping open into the next door

Chakras #5: Anahata (Heart)
Heart Chakra (Anahata)
The Anahata, or heart chakra, is the bridge between the lower chakras (associated with materiality) and the upper chakras (associated with spirituality). As the name suggests, this chakra can influence our ability to give and receive love—from others and ourselves. Someone with a blocked heart chakra will have difficulty fully opening up to the people in their life. If someone’s heart is open, they can experience deep compassion and empathy.
