Poetry #105: Wilting & Shrivelled Into The World
That glow, smiling frontal to the sun
A pure free soul, creating wonder
Then she heard the crashing of thunder
Unknown to her she’d be initiated into a blunder
Stepping out into the world
Wilting at every criticsm
Flower head turned upside down
Twisting the beaming smile, denigrates into a frown
Life smacks her left and right, turning her into a stuttering fright
Turning for comfort here and there
Ending with a harsh sharp glare
Creeping around
Trying not to make a sound
Burying under old archetypes she found
She’s shrivelled up, broken and bitter
Her love for the earth, she still picks up litter
There’s good inside
She doesn’t let the light hide
Fuck the rest
This life is a test
Let her be with open arms
Smoking her coping mechanism of a cigarette..

Poetry #87: Dreams Burnt Up In The Atmosphere
Scattered dreams fallen from the sky
Obliterated thought streams dissolved in crusting dye
Burning up in the atmosphere
To travel through jungles, rivers and across seas, and within here
All these hopes on a string
Cut and smothering the song I sing
To have strong young health
Is something I value of course, more than wealth
The sheets were ripped off the bed
What is left instead?
Burning acid burning all over this beautiful body
I could have grown into a beautiful somebody
Brain fog clouding my vision
Endless symptoms making their incision
Deathly pain consuming my attention
Ideas streaming into my soul from a concoction of dimensions
The hard pill to swallow
Is to let go of this wallow
And accept my life path
And sink into this overflowing piercing glass bath.

Symbols #10: The Lotus Flower
The lotus flower is a very sacred and ancient symbol of spirituality. It represents spiritual development, enlightenment, and perseverance.
Lotus flowers take root in muddy river beds, yet they flourish and bloom the most beautiful flowers. It’s incredible that something so gorgeous begins life in such a dirty and dark place. However, the deeper and darker the mud, the more radiant the lotus flower will be.
“Just like the lotus, we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of darkness and radiate into the world.”
Spirirual Transformation
Spiritual transformation is what happens when we evolve on the level of the Soul. Like a lotus flower (which is symbolic of inner alchemy), we emerge from the muddy waters of the ego into a more divinely expanded version of ourselves. Spiritual transformation can happen slowly throughout time or in an unexpected, fast, or intense way.

Sacred Geometry #2: The Flower Of Life
One of the world’s most ancient symbols, the Flower of Life is said to represent the divine, mathematical order in all of life. Consisting of evenly spaced, overlapping circles (with a six fold symmetry like a hexagon), some believe the symbol to be a divine, visual expression of life, consciousness, and creation. Leonardo Da Vinci was particularly interested in the form and mathematical proportions of the Flower of Life and its connection to physical space and human consciousness. The Symbol has been found at The Temple of Osiris in Abydos, Egypt, The Forbidden City, in Beijing, China, and many other sacred sites all over the world.
