Attention Span

Attention span is the amount of time spent concentrating on a task before becoming distracted. Distractibility occurs when attention is uncontrollably diverted to another activity or sensation.

The constant use of technology has shortened our attention span from 12 minutes to 5 minutes. Constant news feeds and videos that are 10 minutes or less has rewired our brains. People who are online an average of 5 hours a day have trouble remembering people’s names.

This is the reality we face.

Attention & Focus

Your attention is being controlled; stimulti pulls you away from your centre constantly. The world around us is designed to keep us hooked into the matrix. Plugged in, believing in it, not being able to find ourselves and getting lost. Our attention spans have purposely been lowered, therefore we are easier to control.

What you focus on persists in your reality.

Dear one, I feel I should have given you more attention. I am sorry. I could not always give my attention to you as I was lost within my own self, consumed by pain riddled illnesses or conditions which plundged me into having tunnel vision. I wish things could be different and you knew me in my glory but I have to accept the way things are. I want to give you more attention. Touch, one of our many senses, is vital to a human’s wellbeing.

I love you all. Make sure to touch your loved ones and take the time to show affection.
