Spiritual Laws #12: Attraction

As you likely already know, the Law of Attraction tells us that like attracts like. So, in order to have the things you desire in life, you have to work out how to vibrate on the same frequency as these things. The more general lesson here is that being positive, proactive and loving attracts more of the same into your life. Meanwhile, pessimism, fear, and lethargy will lead you to generate more negative experiences in all aspects of life.

By working to live more positively even just today, you’re already using the Law of Attraction to create a better existence for yourself.

Spiritual Laws #11: Relativity

The Law of Relativity is all about the neutrality of things when seen in isolation. So, no particular person, experience, emotion or action is evaluated as good or bad until you look at it in comparison with something else.

For example, you may think you are poor, but perhaps that’s because you have three wealthy uncles. By keeping this law in mind, you remain conscious of the fact that there are always multiple perspectives on anything that happens to you. Trying to slip into these alternate perspectives can make you more grateful, and can also show you where you can make improvements in life.

Spirirual Laws #10: Divine Oneness

“The Law of Divine Oneness is the foundational law, according to which absolutely everything in our universe is interconnected. In other words, every choice, word, desire, and belief you have will also have an impact on the world, and on the people in your life.

Sometimes this impact will be immediate and obvious. At other times, it may take a while to manifest, or you may never even discover that it has occurred. Try to think of yourself as part of everything around you to live in accordance with this law. We are all one, and awareness of this makes us more powerful as well as more empathetic.”

Spiritual Laws #9: Rhythm

“Sometimes called the Law of Perpetual Motion, the Law of Rhythm is (unsurprisingly) focused on movement. In particular, it refers to the fact that all things come in cycles.

You can see this in nature, e.g., in the seasons, and in the body’s aging process. However, it equally applies to a person’s life stages, and reflecting on this helps you to gain perspective. Today’s season may be good, but nothing is permanent, so enjoy what you have while it lasts. Alternatively, perhaps you’re in a negative part of the cycle right now, but it may be the very thing that prepares you for a prosperous change in cycles next month.”

Spiritual Laws #8: Inspired Action

“Closely related to the law of attraction, the law of inspired action is all about taking those real, actionable steps to invite what we want into our lives. Often the inspiration comes from within. “Inspired action is that gentle, internal nudge,” Kumar says. “It’s not always a plan of action.”

Practicing this law is all about slowing down, getting quiet, and creating space for internal guidance. When we let go of our need to arrange and control how things will work out and are instead open to all possibilities, it makes room for new ways of achieving our goals that we might not have considered otherwise.”

Spiritual Laws #7: Duality

“The Law of Duality basically states that everything is on a continuum and has a complementary opposite within the whole. To use an old adage, there may be two sides of a coin but there is only one coin. In other words, things that appear as opposites are in fact only two extremes of the same thing. For instance, heat and cold may appear to be opposites at first glance, but in truth they are simply varying degrees of the same thing.

On the physical level the law of duality is easy to understand. We can make comparisons with physical eye. For instance, there is life and death, day and night, short and tall, masculine and feminine, near and far, and so forth.

What becomes problematic with the Law of Duality is when we start thinking that one aspect of the spectrum is better than the other aspect of spectrum. We get into labeling things as right or wrong. Unlike mankind’s laws and morals, there is no right or wrong. For example, in America they drive on the right side of the road. In England they drive on the left side of the road. Who is right and who is wrong? Similarly there are no good or bad experiences. Experiences are just experiences nothing more, nothing less. What one learns from the experience is all that counts. We have all had experiences that initially proved unpleasant but they became the greatest thing that happened to us.

Seeing things from only one perspective is a trap that keeps you locked into one aspect of a condition. In every situation in life, under the Law of Duality you are simply seeking to balance the duality. It is not about operating in either extreme. It is about keeping to the middle path. One does not however deny the moment. To learn how live the moment all one needs to do is watch a child’s behaviour. They get angry with someone and in the next moment they forget it. They move on. No stress.

Currently there are many who like to label the darkness as evil. There is not a source of evil. In this universe, there is only a source of love. There is however negative thought forms as every thought that has ever been thought is still in existence. If you attune to these thought forms then you are attuning to that which is not Source Energy.

It is also important to understand that in order to be for something; you must be against something. For and against still indicates you are operating on the same continuum. It is the reason most of our War Against (drugs, cancer, poverty, homelessness, etc.) campaigns do not work. What we are essentially doing is focusing our energies on that which we do not want and in doing so we neglect to define what it is we do want. As Einstein said, ‘you cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.’

When working with this law you may find that when attempting to balance the duality you will end up attracting the opposite of what you want. For the moment you call in that which you are seeking to balance, everything in its opposite will come tumbling into your life. If you are seeking more clarity, confusion will seem to reign supreme. Nothing will seem to be clear anymore, and you will wonder why you ever started on this journey. Yet, if you continue to work on changing your thinking and your belief patterns you will reach the balance point. This is what the Law of Duality is all about. It is about reaching a balance point. It is not about operating at either extreme. It is about remaining at your centre even when the hurricane of life is swirling around you.”

Spiritual Laws #6: Perpetual Transmutation Of Energy

“The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy states that everything around us is in constant flux. You can’t see all of these changes because many of them exist at the cellular or atomic level, but they carry on regardless.

The reason that it’s so important to be aware of this Law is that it helps you see how you can trigger positive change. Specifically, keep in mind that high vibrations can trigger improvements in low vibrations. For example, if you’re vibrating at a low frequency, exposing yourself to the high frequency of a happy, encouraging friend will naturally trigger energy transmutation in you.”

Spiritual Laws #5: Gender

“Gender is in everything

Everything has its masculine and feminine principles

Gender manifests in all planes.

– The Kybalion

God is thought (Chi/Prana) that exists everywhere, has intelligence and has the power to create and this is shown in the Law of Gender. The Law of Gender is the creative force that runs from the inner into the outer world. It is the force of the Gods and the power of the giants.

If we want to understand The Law of Gender we have to also understand Yin & Yang, Masculine and Feminine. The Law of Gender do not refer to the physical differences between men and women. These differences are only one small manifestation of the law. This law is used in a much larger context and refers to creation or production.

Gender refers to a division of labour or effort which is needed for all creativity. It is found within the operations of some of the following although there are many more:

The forces (masculine and feminine) are the great mystery of the Universe. Masculine energy is attracted to feminine principles when they unite; they form a union that assure that the creative process will be realized. Both masculine and feminine energies are essential as the masculine energy directs itself to the feminine energy. This starts the creative process. The feminine energy does the active creative work, and it’s doing it on all planes.

Part of our development, maturity and spiritual growth is the ability to use both sets of energies. The use of these energies depends on the specific situations we find ourselves in. Feminine energies are sometimes viewed as weak, but when we use our feminine energies it will bring about a balance that will enable us to become co-creators with spirit. We sometimes fear to use masculine energies because of fear of failure or success.

Masculine (Yin) and Feminine (Yang) energies are found on all planes: the physical, mental and spiritual planes.

Femine / YIN

– It creates live.

– The receptive side of humanity is often called the negative side, the feminine or YIN.

– This force creates, spirit ideas, weaves the threads to make the tapestry into a work of art.

Masculine / YANG

– Is the positive side.

– This force is directed toward the creative force of the feminine principle.

– It is the originator of ideas and actions.

The bodies and brains of male and female are different in significant ways, but both sexes have the need and the abilities to use both the masculine and the feminine energies. Both must be present in the creation process. Both sexes need to develop these skills.

We each have access to both male and female energies. Both men and women can perform both sets of functions; they just do it in different ways:

The male brain usually emphasizes left brain thinking:

this is suited for analytic functions
they culminate in the skill of beginning an action
The female brain demonstrates more right-brain activity that is suited for synthetic functions.

When we learn about our missions in life, we become confident to act and begin these missions. We know how to act in a correct manner when the Yin + Yang are balanced perfectly in our soul. If we balance the masculine and feminine principles within us we can come to a point of androgyny, the state of mental balance. This aligns us with the Higher Self.

If we wish to advance and grow in our lives it is important that we understand The Law of Gender. When we understand this law it will help to command everything in the physical world. We will be guided and tested until we are experts at manifestation and creation. To truly create in the physical world we must learn to balance the Yin + Yang within us to such a point where it is stable. To get this right we need to master how to receive dreams and visions and how to turn these dreams and visions into reality by creating in the physical world. When we are able to create and implement ideas, we can position ourselves in the field of Oneness. Very few souls ever achieve this kind of command over nature or over themselves. This is why so few of us ever become Masters.

By learning positive thoughts and actions we will grow and advance into the 5th Dimension. Some examples of positive actions and thoughts are:

– gentleness

– patience

– humility

– self-control

– graciousness of speech

– sympathy

– wisdom

In full spiritual development, masculine and feminine energies are understood and expressed by both women and men. By this expression we manifest the fullness of the human and 3rd Dimensional experiences.

Universes have been created when the feminine principle was unleashed. But they have been created only when this was ignited and balanced with the masculine energy. Feminine energies have been suppressed on Earth for centuries. It has been suppressed by cultures, societies, individuals, sexes and institutions. This resulted in creation been stifled and destruction looms at every turn. The masculine aggressiveness has thrown all things out of balance leaving the world to wander aimlessly until the power can be restored.

The Importance of Learning The Law of Gender:

It is important that we learn this law as it will give us power and it will teach us to become co-creators with God. Learn to balance all your thoughts, emotions, words and actions with the principles of positive and negative responses.

The Higher self is androgynous and wants to unite with the lower 8 bodies. It cannot form the union until the lower bodies are balanced with the Yin + Yang energies. Ascension will not happen until the union is perfect. Learn to listen to the higher guidance of your inner voice. Read each message with the masculine energy in the forefront of your minds and direct all initial impulses to the intuitive feminine nature. Put the meaning of these messages into action. This is done through the creative process of the feminine energy. Discipline the mind, heart and emotional bodies to follow the guidance of the Higher Self.

If and when we realize the balance within us we can look forward to the Golden Age, which has been predicted for the Millennium. The cosmic conditions are ripe for the feminine energy to be restored on the planet; the Age of Aquarius has promised this. The Earth will venture into this new era and the balance will come forth.

When you live by these Laws, your soul will soar, for the Light that these laws bring will set you free.”

Spiritual Laws #4: Polarity

“Everything is on a continuum and has and opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations. We can see that you cannot have a left without a right, an up without a down, failure and success, a good without a bad and so on, it is a world of duality. However, these opposites have no absolutes, there is not one point where you can say one starts and the other begins, it is a scale range.

There are two poles or opposites, the difference between the two extremes of one thing is called polarity.

There are degrees of difference between the extremes or poles no absolutes. This laws states that, in fact, these opposites are simply different manifestations of the same thing! Example: there is not one point where you can say that cold stops and heat begins, its all on the same pole.

Napoleon Hill, author of the classic Think and Grow Rich, wrote “Every adversity, every failure and every heartache carries with it the seed of an equivalent or a greater benefit.”

“Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled.”–The Kybalion.

An understanding of the Principle will enable one to change his own Polarity, as well as that of others, if he will devote the time and study necessary to master the art.

Mastery of the Law of Polarity requires learning how to maintain balance, focus, and detachment from the distractions of the material world.”

Spiritual Laws #3: Cause & Effect

“For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Just as Newton’s 3rd law of physics is applied universally, so too are the laws of spirituality. Learning spiritual principles is the first step in the ascension of consciousness. One of the cornerstone principles of spirituality is the law of cause and effect. Your thoughts, behaviors, and actions create specific effects that manifest and create your life as you know it. Whether conscious to the formula or in denial, we are all in a continuous state of creation.

The law of cause and effect states that our thoughts are creative. Thoughts are embedded with the power of creation. For better or worse, they affect our speech, behaviors, and actions. Our thoughts are seeds planted in the soil of consciousness. The cultivation of the soil provides the nutrients for the seeds to grow. If the default of the mind is negative, then the thoughts from this space will reflect the negativity in speech, behaviors, and actions. They manifest as fear, a sense of lack, disconnected from love, judgements, untrusting, and shame. Such a level of awareness has dire effects on your life and well-being.

When the soil of the mind is positive, then the thoughts planted will manifest to reflect such a reality. They foster greater compassion, an elevated sense of knowing, receiving and giving love, creating happiness, and a sense of peace. This level of awareness can witness the Divine and is open to their greatest good unfolding. Such an awakening can occur at any moment. Simply observe the thought patterns and make a conscious shift in perception. Every action has an effect.

To know the law of cause and effect is to understand that our thoughts organize and create the reality of everything we see. Because we are in this experience together, we are all in a continuous process of co-creation. While we are each responsible for the soil of our individual consciousness, make no mistake, we are part of the collective mind. As you are inspired to create shifts in your own garden, be of service and help tend to the gardens that surround you.”

Spiritual Laws #2: Compensation

“Gives out to man justly his payments for his own acts… (whether they are good, bad or indifferent)… Whatever the case, this law automatically exerts itself for reward or punishment distributions. The simple way of saying that is: “You get back what you give out”…

That part is extremely important… as many people always seem to tell others “How much they’re always giving”… but the real deal is that even though that might be true, if their efforts are given with a greater negative reasons or forces, their efforts law of compensation will thusly reward them with “less abundance” or with things that prove to be even more “negative”… It would be better to “give nothing at all” than to give something with negative thoughts & feelings attached.

This law ensures us of “equal payment” for “service rendered or injury suffered”… This law does not require that you are able to “see” or be aware of the payment others receive for their deeds. It’s the reality that we must “pay for the errors we make” as well as we must be rewarded for the goodness that we do.”

Spiritual Laws #1: Projection

The Law of Projection

All that we perceive outside of our self is a mirror of something within. Therefore everything we see outside of ourselves is a projection. When we take an aspect of ourselves like selfishness, and imagine that quality is in those around us.

We project our issues, good and bad, on to other people and assume it is them with the issue and denying that the issue is in us.

Every time you say “you are” or “he is” or “she is” you are projecting something from yourself onto someone else. Whenever you do this, for example you say “You are stupid” you are unconsciously seeing some of your own stupidity in the other person. It can also be positive, for example “you are so kind” where you see some of your kindness in the other person. If you tell others they are wise and don’t accept your own wisdom you are projecting your wisdom externally.

When we assume that someone else feels as we do, it is a projection. We are putting our feelings on to the other person.

If you bury your hostility and express it at passive anger you will project hostility on to those around you and will imagine people to be aggressive whether they are or not.

We also project our insecurities; the wife who constantly accuses he husband of infidelity is projecting her own lack of faith in the relationship. Projecting ourselves onto others prevents us from taking responsibility for ourselves. Most of us do not even realise that what they are saying is actually within them. It is a powerful form of denial.

The expression “a pot calling the kettle black” describes the law or projection very well. Neither sees itself as black, instead each sees how black the other is.

Your life is what you experience. Other people experience it completely differently. So watch your projections and work on yourself. Understanding this law offers enormous opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.

“You do not know how anyone feels or is. Everything you see in another is a projection of an aspect of yourself.” – Diana Cooper
